About Silk Road School

Silk Road School was founded on a simple observation: talented students and graduates in Azerbaijan and the wider region often struggle to find meaningful first career experiences — while employers and universities struggle to reach each other. We exist to close that gap.

We are a curated platform. Every opportunity published on Silk Road School is reviewed and verified by our team, and every partner — university, company, government body or hospitality organization — is an organization we have a real relationship with. Students apply directly through the site; no accounts, no fees, no noise.

Our role is that of a facilitator. We connect education with opportunity: we help universities place their students, help employers find motivated early-career talent, and help students take a confident first step into professional life. The employment or placement relationship itself is always between the student and the host organization.

From Baku outward along the modern Silk Road, we are building a network where a student's potential — not their connections — decides their first opportunity.
