1. The service

Silk Road School provides a curated platform where university students and recent graduates can discover and apply for internships, practicum placements, trainee programs and entry-level jobs offered by third-party organizations.

2. Our role as facilitator

Silk Road School is a facilitator only. We are not the employer, not the university, and not a party to any employment, placement, internship, or educational relationship that results from the use of the platform.

We do not guarantee any placement, employment, pay, duration, or working conditions. All terms of an opportunity are set by the organization offering it, and any agreement is concluded directly between you and that organization.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in every application and inquiry, to submit only your own CV and materials, and not to misuse the platform or attempt to access its administrative functions.

Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being withdrawn and, where relevant, reported to the opportunity provider or your university.

4. Opportunity listings

Listings are reviewed by our team before publication, but the content of each listing is provided by the host organization. Silk Road School does not warrant that a listing is complete, current, or that the opportunity remains available at the time you apply.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and content (other than partner logos and listing content) are the property of Silk Road School and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silk Road School is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, from any application you make, or from any relationship between you and an opportunity provider.
